Sinead has the power to heal and kill. Her hands glow almost golden and divine when she touches someone while her hands are like this she heals them. When her hands glow black and white light she slowly kills them.

At first she is infused with the neutral energy left of after Jun returns to the modern world. Her Neo-Human powers of absorption turn on and she absorbs the energy and it changes her powers and her. The Neutral energy is a mix of light energy (The source of good) and dark energy (The source of evil).
