June was born as Derek Tempest, but always felt like a girl. Her mother never doubted she was one, but her father was really angry and even abused his little daughter. Her mother got a divorce and called the police. Since then she raised June on her own. June was a happy kid and when she was seven she met April her future best friend. The two are inseparable and April helped June through many difficult phases.
