a little bit on the light side of chocolate. The undertones lean towards warm, but still within neutral territory.
full hourglass with long, slender legs. while still very much womanly, she does have plenty of muscles and is able to easily take out just about anyone.
due to the time and region, her eyes are the most unusual part about her.
5'9"
dark chocolate brown
Zahras hair was formed in tight waves and fell to just below her shoulder blades. her bangs fell to her chin and they were parted down the center to frame her face. she never tied her hair back or braided it unless it was for training
Zahra enjoys tending to her small, personal garden, reading, and training. She also adores music and can play a few string instruments, but shed rather listen to others.
STUBBORN, but fiercely loyal to those deserving (husband and her assistant Tiye). mostly quiet, she naturally gives off an air of sophistication, elegance, and a hint of ' dont f**k with me'. Calm and cool headed, most people think that she rude, but in reality, she lacks people skills and doesnt know how to communicate effectively. introvert. Zahra also has problems talking about her emotions and she'd rather keep people in the dark about how shes feeling.
Even though she may have a hard exterior, she really is a softie on the inside. She loves watching children play, and being around animals. Deep down, she is very upset about marrying Amenhotep because she feels that she has lost out on finding someone she loves. That is part of the reason as to why she puts in so much effort for her country.
While Zahra has good control over most of her emotions, anger is the one she shows the most. She is able to control her tongue (for the most part), but her facial expressions tend to get her into trouble. When someone is getting on her nerves, she will tap her foot or rap her fingers on whatever surface is available. As her patience wanes, she will start grinding her teeth and flaring her nostrils, and well as rolling her eyes. When She is deep in thought or studying, she sticks the tip of her tongue between her teeth slightly. when she starts to feel embarassed, she will either walk away before anyone can see, or she will fight it by becoming sarcastic and snippy
She loves egypt the most, and she will do anything in her power to keep it and its people happy and healthy. Even if it means sacrificing her own personal happiness by entering a political marriage with Amenhotep.
Zahra studies people almost too closely and because of this, she often makes assumptions based on their behalf. Her outlook on most people is a bad one (little to no faith in humanity). Many times she becomes so involved in a situation that she often forgets of the times and how she is 'supposed' to act (ex: lashing out/acting alpha to the council and envoys from visiting empires). She also will frequently overexert herself over her duties and become ill. Stubborn beyond all belief, she enjoys toying with people so see where their buttons are and what they do.
Thieves. It does not matter what they stole or why, Zahra will look down on them and feel no sympathy.
Her knowledge in war tactics, economics, and people reading (knowing facial expressions an ticks and what they mean) is EXTENSIVE. Her close range weapon combat abilities are even able to top (barely) the lead general.
And, she knows a plethora of simple elemental magic. No one, aside from her husband knows of her ability, and she plans to keep it that way.
as a young girl, Zahra, Amenhotep III, and Tiye were all great friends. Unfortunately, it was preordained that Zahra was to wed Amenhotep (despite either of them not loving eachother). Poor Tiye, for her and Amenhotep were madly in love even at such a young age. Once the trio grew older, Zahra realized that a union between her and Amenhotep would be best for all of Egypt, but she felt terrible for the true lovebirds, so one night, in private, she made a deal with the other two.
Zahra would be husband and wife politically, but behind the scenes, they could take any lover they wanted. and in order to remain inconspicuous, Zahra appointed Tiye to be her assistant. The other two were ecstatic and they agreed right away! And so, the two were wed, and the pharaohs ruled side by side to become one of the most magnificent rulers Egypt had ever known. Amenhotep took care of the people, economics, councils, and was more the "Face".

not a "pet", but there is a crocodile (in the wild) that comes to her and will actually cuddle up to her. Her name is Honey (because shes so sweet)
Gryffindor/ straight/minor fear of dogs because when she was little, Her and Tiye were attacked by one. thankfully Amenhotep rescued them before either of them got seriously hurt (she has a bite mark on the right side of her hip because of this)./ She actually gets envious when she sees Tiye and Amenhotep together, or when Tiye talks about him. / she is a huge romantic deep down /
when shes nervous, she will bounce her knee if shes sitting, otherwise she will chew on her bottom lip
