He's got a lumberjack look going on. Dirty blonde hair usually pulled in either a low ponytail or half ponytail, with just enough scruff on his chin to call it a beard.

A dark orange, or a medium brown in a gradient that goes left to right and spreads across both eyes.

Scruffy beard, good amount of chest hair.

He's always dressed like a lumberjack. Red buffalo plaid flannel shirt and either overalls or (skinny) jeans/dark brown dungaree pants with suspenders.

Mack comes off as a very brusque person, blunt and kinda snappish. It's moreso that he's socially awkward to a fault; he never knows what to say around others and rarely says stuff because of it. While he lacks the social anxiety of 'will I say the wrong thing', he has the social intelligence of 'what the fuck do I say?'. He's terrible at small talk, and tends to communicate through actions rather than conversation.

He would not be classically considered a 'kind' person, but he will help others if he noticed someone who needs a helping hand. He's more likely to do a small favour before a larger one - he struggles with committing himself to things that would pull him away from his usual work.
