She was born in Sunrise, Florida to two Cuban parents. She and her family are acrobats in the Sunshine Circus. She is the youngest of six girls. At the age of seven, she fell in love with one of the contortionists her age, Ursula. At sixteen, Ursula was killed during a hostage situation at an IHOP. Because of her death, Alizza sunk into a deep depression, causing her residence at Lido.
