Can control water, but the reaction is often far too strong, and sometimes accidental when she gets emotional. Can also breathe underwater because of gills behind her ears and on her wrists. Looks like she cuts her arms. Picks up a language in only a few hours.

Jumps to conclusions far too fast and doesn't really think about her actions. Struggles to pay attention in school, a bit ADHD, has a hard time learning new things except languages. Has trouble controlling her emotions, tears up very quickly, but can become happy just as fast. Gullible.
