was given away by mother (unwanted) because she was born with a congenital limb affecting her left arm causing it to stop growth just past her shoulder, barley forming. Got taken in by government, they put her through intensive and rather horrifying tests and screens, then she finial ended up with a fully functional robotic arm on her congenital arm. She was genetically mutated to have night vision, advanced eyesight to see far away, advanced sense of smell, can hear things that are quite and far away, can sense if there are an lifeforms behind objects, heat sensing, strengthened bones, basically scientificly evolving the human body, to be come a living weapon. She grew up being trained to handled every weapon, knife gun etc...
