Nyxstrail was never born but created of all things dark and mysterious. She came into the world at the same time Aureole. The two of them were rarely found away from each other. One day on of many visits to the mortal realm she met a man and they fell in as close to love as the god would get. It felt different than her time with Aureole. Nyxstrail decided to spend some time with the mortal man until he would inevitably pass. Aureole enraged at her partner for leaving er even if it would only be a century lashed out bringing her loyal followers and murder the mortal for sacrilege. Nyxstrail was ready to retaliate for murdering her lover before the other divines who insisted on balance and order proposed a plan.
