Cunning, ruthless, striving, arrogant. She has a hunger for power and will devour almost anything in her path to achieve it, all while making herself look squeaky clean. She is also stubborn and known to hold a grudge/keep a chip on her shoulder.

Brilliantly strategic, strangely charismatic. Not opposed to enacting positive change in the world, as long as it helps her bottom line (Hartex-Magus has strong DEI initiatives, for instance). Named one of Business Insider's most well-liked tech CEOs.

She's uncomfortable with strong sentimentality and emotion, and with people who regularly express those things.

She's a shrewd and successful businesswoman (one could argue that she's a nepo baby, but she definitely took the nepotism in stride instead of resting on her laurels). While she isn't a programmer herself, she is also quickly and easily able to develop a working understanding of complex tech concepts.
