Healing Tears

"Anytime River cries, her tears are able to heal a specific level of injuries." - Pokeaven

"1: She can only use her power when she cries . . . obviously. She also has sore eyes when she's done crying. You know, when your eyes are red and kinda stingey when you cry a lot? Yeah that.
2: When she cries, her tears only have their special power for a short time. You can't just bottle it up and call it good. The max her tears power can last is 5 minutes (I was thinking an hour, but then again, who keeps their tears on them for an hour?)
3: Her tears can't heal things like cancer or regrow limbs. She can do things like heal broken bones, large gashes, scabs, dislocated limbs, viruses in your body, and stuff like that." - Pokeaven
