Despite being human Leandra's parents lived in Ancalen, and as such the young girl was born and raised inside the elven city. Growing up she experimented with everything the place had to offer - including the drugs.

Learning that the outside world is not so open with what they allow in those terms caused Leandra to wonder how she could get around the laws and make sure that those who wanted substances could get them.

Quickly she started her own farm for ingredients, and then began to market her creations as legal substances despite the illicit ingredients in them. This strategy spread throughout Ancalen and has lead to Leandra having one of the most successful businesses in the city despite her young age.
