Born to Ebonscar shortly before The Collapse happened, all Delgan can remember is the darkness that's enveloped the city as far as she knows all her life. But her parents decided to remain and raise her there, knowing that she would one day serve as the Cancer for The Starlight Squad and hoping that by growing up away from its influence they could give her a relatively normal childhood.

Instead when it came time for Delgan to inherit the powers that came with her station she was lost and overwhelmed because she had no preparation. She ended up wandering for a while, learning everything she could on her own and staying in the wilds to avoid hurting anyone. Only recently has she felt safe to return and take her station, hoping that she can be a good leader for the water trio of the Starlight Squad.
