As he grew stronger his ability also evolved so now he is also able to get into other peoples mind-world and as most people can’t shape their own mind it becomes this chaos of memories and emotions and is quite difficult to navigate. This is where is third eye comes in, it usually just looks like a scar but when he needs to navigate someone else’s mind-world it opens up, and allows him to make a map of their world. [...]

So his ability allows him to create his own world in his mind go there but his body stays in the material world, he can invite others in by touching them, and he can also go into others minds however that takes a lot more energy.
