"He can manipulate the blood in someone else’s body to and extent and speed up someone else’s healing process if they are injured (which is what he mostly uses it for.)" - kaleidosc0pe

" he can’t use his power on himself, so if he’s alone his power isn’t really all that useful. He also has to get some of his own blood on the target first in order for his power to activate, so every time he draws some of his own blood it leaves scars similar to what’s shown above on his reference.
