As I have said before, her father spoils her a lot. However, Fleur isn't grateful, neither does she appreciate the gifts and the care he expresses for her. Even though he does all this for her, she still likes her mother better because her mother allows her to use her evil and meanness how she wants to, though her mother (in her possession) was just weaponizing her cruelty for her host's goal.
Her mother legally owns her two other sisters, but not her. It doesn't even matter because Roraima lives on a whole different planet.
People at her school don't like her at all. She bullies almost everyone, and she blackmails and manipulates people to get what she wants. There are a couple sickos who actually like her because she's manipulative, and she's friends with them, but she doesn't even like them; she's using their admiration of her to her advantage.
