Mabel is a bit taller than average and has a soft, slightly curvy build. Pear body type. She has a round face with a slightly round-tipped nose and brown eyes, which are slightly nearsighted. They almost always have a smile, no matter how strained. Her hair is long, falling most of the way down her back, and fine, with a slightly-more-red-than-gold shade, usually worn loose or in a bun. Their skin is light with some faint freckles across their cheeks. She has some small nature-themed tattoos: a bee on her ankle, a few leaves on her wrist, and a small bird on her shoulder. They have their ears pierced and wear fairly simplistic earrings.
Mabel has a bright and cheery voice--she essentially works in superhero customer service and so she has to put up with a lot of annoyances without letting it show.
Mabel dresses in a cottagecore-slash-kindergarten-teacher style with lots of skirts, cardigans, long socks, and button-downs, and takes great pains to make sure their outfits match.
Mabel is someone who, at their core, just wants to do good in the world. The death of her twin brother when the two were twenty impacted her deeply–it was a sudden wake-up call to the idea that no one sticks around forever and she had to value every moment with them. They are very conflict adverse and seek to de-escalate as opposed to fight, but they also have a strong core–just because they're kind and look very feminine and sweet doesn't mean that they'll let you walk all over them. She stands up for what she believes in, and after learning more about the inner workings of the League she can't reconcile their stated goal with the treatment of their people and so she begins to slowly sabotage them. They use their unassuming vibe to manipulate people into doing what they want, and are quite good at it. Although not overemotional by any means, the loss of her brother definitely impacted her reaction to any sort of injury; she will very much fuss over anyone who has even a scrape. They just want everyone to be taken care of, is that too much to ask?
Mabel's overall vibe is very bright and cheery, though not without an undertone of it being strained. They stand without much stiffness in their limbs, but not loosely--they're calm but not relaxed, if that makes any sense.
Very fast writer, which helps her as a secretary. Baking. Played the clarinet through all of middle and high school.
Initially her motive was to make a name for herself outside of her twin brother Michael Brell, but as she learns more and more about the League, her new goal shifts into compiling evidence against them with the end goal of exposing their corruption.

Agnostic. She doesn't know if there's anything out there and she really doesn't care--she just wants to do the best she can here on earth.

Joey Puglisi : Joey and Mabel met briefly during Michael's time with the League, although this was before Joey had come out as transgender. The two got along well but never really interacted much. Years later, they would end up living in the same apartment building and after five or so years of awkward small talk in the halls, Mabel made the first move and left baked goods and a letter outside of Joey's apartment door. He repaid the favor and the two soon hit it off and carried on a casual friendship until one night an injured Joey knocked on Mabel's door, hand pressed to his bloody stomach, and asked if they could please help him. He had been injured in one of his vigilante fights and it was too severe to patch up on his own and he didn't feel safe going to a hospital.
