Female, she/her
Straight

- don't like this biatch
- based partly off of my evil english teacher
American
Sigourney Weaver (idk, like, with a grey wig and stuff)
163lbs
(74kg)
5'6
(167cm)
Jessica has long, sleek grey hair
Light, almost honey brown eyes
Jessica tends to keep her hair tied up in a formal bun, and curtain bangs, with a few rogue, wispy strands in the centre. Her hair is parted in the middle
None
Jessica has a square face with a pointed chin, and a long, straight nose. It is slightly crooked to the left from when it was struck by a football during her high school years.
Human
Jessica has fair skin, which is coarse and wrinkled from her constant expressions, and she has cool blue undertones.
Jessica has quite a masculine silhouette; her shoulders are broad, her arms are flabby with fat piled on through her life, and she has a slight beer belly
There is a scar across her left cheek from her cat, which was put down shortly afterwards. She has thin lips which are almost always painted red with lipstick, even during her time at the church.
ISTJ
- Manipulative; Jessica is cunning and deceitful, bending others to her will in order for her to get her own way, a trait she picked up from her own mother. She manipulates Casper into helping her bring money illegally into the church, before throwing him under the bus when the police come to investigate
- Perceptive; she is very insightful, and can read people like children’s books. In just a few minutes of talking with her, Jessica will know how to tailor herself to get you to like her. She has an exceptional memory, especially for names and faces, which makes her seem thoughtful and caring
- Controlling; Jessica likes to be in charge of everything, from her time at the church to her sentencing in prison. She needs a schedule, one set by herself, no less, and struggles when people don’t bend to her will
Jessica is an expert manipulator, with a knack for reading people developed over years of gaslighting. She is enigmatic, and can make herself likeable in a matter of minutes, but remains cold and cruel, hiding it in a facade. She is impatient, greedy, and selfish, using people only until they are no longer useful, only striking up relationships with those who she thinks will benefit her. She is also a devout Christian, and is very motherly and longs for a child despite her old age and infertility. She is polite and civil to everyone, regardless of how they treat her (yes, this is more than often to benefit her, but still)
- clucks tongue when annoyed
- wrinkles forehead when thinking, angry, or upset
- always smiles showing teeth
- drums fingertips on surfaces to showtunes when in deep thought
- stares at whoever she is talking to; rarely ever breaks eye contact
- crosses legs during conversation
- smiles at the end of asking questions
- rarely uses contractions in speech (always says I am, we are, it is, instead of I’m, we’re, it’s, etc)
- removes her wedding ring before smoking
Jessica is motivated by greed and money. Growing up in the church, she saw how much money was brought in, and didn't understand why it had to go to God. She began money laundering through the church and fencing valuable items alongside Casper Brown, though she threw him under the bus when the police came knocking to preserve herself.
EDIT: Yes, she believes in God, but it doesn't motivate her in that way. She believes that God looks out for her, and the fact that she's still alive justifies her actions - if they were bad, God would have killed her
Jessica is a manipulator; a cruel, callous liar, every unethical move meticulously planned out in her wicked mind. She knows every cord to play to get people to do what she wants, and will not hesitate to throw them under the bus. She is also a nuisance; rude, impatient, the worst customer you could ever have the misfortune to serve at a restaurant
Jessica does not take to people that aren't religious, but has no prejudices against religions other than Christianity. She is also quite sexist and homophobic, though she hates religious discrimination
Jessica is a very talented baker, plays the piano very well, and is a diligent and motivated worker. She likes to crochet, though she hates the stereotype, and therefore keeps it secret
Jessica enjoys crochet; most forms of 'arts and crafts;' viewing musicals, especially live; and baking, especially cupcakes
Jessica has a limp in her left leg from her 64 years without exercise, and lack of a healthy diet. She is infertile, which causes her a lot of sadness, though she has grown to accept it
She is a great baker, has very nimble fingers, speaks Latin, and can retain information for longer than most people. Jessica is also, of course, a brilliant manipulator

4th June, 1943
Jessica was born in Dublin whilst her parents were abroad on holiday. They shortly flew back to Oregon, America, where she was raised
Jessica was taught in a public school run by the church, where she developed a passion for history. She graduated with honours, and was very active in clubs, especially debate team and chess. She had almost no friends, which suited her, as she had no time for them
Jessica was born to religious parents and whilst they were on holiday in their hometown of Dublin. They flew back quickly, and raised Jessica in Oregon. Her mother was emotionally distant and manipulative, laying the blueprints for Jessica's personality, but her father was a good man. Their differences led to a far from amicable divorce, and Jessica's mother got full custody due to her manipulation techniques in court. Jessica never heard from her father again, mostly due to her mother's (unfortunately successful) attempts to ghost him.
Aged 12, Jessica moved with her mother to New York, where she has since remained. She fell into education under the church, alongside Casper Brown, where they first struck up a friendship. After graduating, Casper and Jessica went on to work at said church, where they witnessed the amount of money being brought in and 'wasted' as donations.
In her mid-twenties, Jessica proposed the idea of getting money through extortion, and bringing it in as supposed donations, essentially money laundering through the church. Casper initially refused, but Jessica brought him around to her way of thinking, and the pair made almost a million dollars through their scheme, which was successful for almost thirty years. (Somewhere within this time period, Jessica's mother died of a brain tumour. They were no longer in contact at the time of her death.) When the pair were finally caught, and the police came to investigate, Jessica handed Casper over without a second thought.
Druglord Douglas Franklin heard about the incident on the news, and paid for Casper to have a reputable lawyer, who helped him to be found not guilty, before hiring Casper as his bodyguard. The two struck up a close friendship. Casper resented Jessica for her betrayal, but, out of mainly fear, he never pursued her again, nor did he get Douglas to.
Jessica continued her money laundering scheme for another few years before hitting a nine-year-old child with her car one evening. Upon her arrest for involuntary manslaughter, the police traced her back to Casper and the incident at the local church. She confessed before there was even a trial, and was sentenced her to life imprisonment within the week. She was also, of course, excommunicated from the church, but still considers herself a nun, and follows the same code as she did before
- Marigold Laughlin; a manipulative, cold-hearted woman who didn't want a child in the first place, and made that abundantly clear. She passed on almost all of her negative qualities to Jessica, as well as being strictly religious. She implanted a lot of negative views into Jessica's head that she is now too old and too stubborn to challenge. She died of a brain tumour when Jessica was about thirty
- Rupert Laughlin; a good man, though meek and controlled by Marigold. He tried his best to care for Jessica, but was overpowered by his wife. He initiated the divorce when Jessica was 12, going against his and his wife's religious code as he was so desperate to get rid of her. All evidence suggested that he would win custody, but Marigold manipulated the judge and managed to get full custody, quickly moving to New York and cutting all ties with Rupert, which broke him. Jessica hasn't heard from him since; he is most likely dead
- None
- None; as a nun, Jessica counts herself as married to Christ, and, therefore, wears a wedding ring, which she removes whenever she smokes
- None that are related to the story, or lasted more than a couple of months
- None; she is infertile, elderly, and forbidden from sexual intercourse by the church, however she longs for a child
- None
- makes the best red velvet cupcakes
- loves musicals and broadway shows
- favourite actor is Denzel Washington
- That’s important, though, to me; the whole ‘not knowing whether or not what you believe in really exists’ thing. Otherwise it isn’t belief. It’s just knowing.
- “It was not my fault, I don’t think. God just has a great sense of irony.”
- Nothing is inevitable.
- “It cannot be called throwing him under the bus when he was as much in the wrong as I was.” (To Oliver White, regarding her betrayal of Casper Brown)
- “Well, I say if you are foolish enough to be manipulated, then part of the blame has to fall on you.”
- I have nothing against them. God is God, whether you call him Allah, or Adonai, or whatever. (On other religions)
- religion
- trust
- manipulation
- motherhood
