Ginny is always easy to pick out from a crowd, especially in the dark tunnels she calls home. Her stark white hair sits in a short bob cut that frames her round face, sometimes hiding her features when she shakes her head around too much. Dirt often smudges her freckled cheeks. Her bright, round eyes always have a glimmer of energy to them. One of her incisors is a fake made from translucent white crystal, and you always see it right away with the smile she wears whenever she meets someone new.

Ginny is upbeat and highly precocious, a real go-getter who always has to be chasing something down. Whatever that something is, she drags as many others into it as she can, and is more than happy to shift her plans around on the fly as it suits her. She acts friendly to just about everyone, but trusts no one in the end. She's happy to work on good terms with others, though, as long as she gets something out of it.

Ginny doesn't have any formal combat training and likely can't hold her own in a fight against a skilled, prepared mage, but her Soul Control magic is remarkably strong for her age. If she can catch an opponent unaware, she can stun them in a matter of seconds.

Hustler

Ginny lost her parents when she was very young and has been living on her own ever since, recoiling at the idea of being forced into a new family. She does her best to maintain a good reputation, but in less legitimate circles, she is well-known for running all sorts of rackets to scam people out of their money. Her favorite is her "soul reader" gig, where she peers into people's souls and pretends to read their destiny -- for a fee, of course, although she knows when to give a discount to reel someone in.

More recently, she has started running propaganda against The Creator in service of the Soul Guardians, though she couldn't care less about the cause; it's just for the money.

Regardless of what she's currently up to, she does it with a small gang of children about her age with similar backgrounds and distaste for polite society. She wouldn't trust them with her life or anything, but she does consider them all friends.
