He looks sort of feminine, i guess. Average build, but i guess i could describe it as having more weight below the waist?

He has very thin eyebrow hair, which he is insecure about. Sometimes wears reading glasses, sometimes does not. Sometimes wears makeup, sometimes does not.

Hes so insufferable. This guy is the worst.
He has a booming voice like that of a news anchorman or sports announcer, except he always has that theatrical tone. Its like hes talking in all caps. He doesnt speak normally even when his volume is down. This is just accepted as one of the weird things about him. He lacks professionalism severely, and treats everyone around him as acquaintances instead of coworkers. Esoteric and eccentric, only gets away with it because he has debilitatingly high charisma levels somehow and the gay nerds in important positions think he looks good.

Its really unknown. He just has a loud mouth and then holes up in his room to do radio work. The one time someone went in there, there were coloring books and colored pencils across his worktable.
