Just long. Unstyled, it looks like he doesnt do anything with it but brush it and push it out of his face. You notice its oily if you look at him too long.

People say different things often, but commonly blue or grey.

Pale white

He's difficult to look at, like flashing colors on a screen. Something about him seem to change between glances, as if you had been seeing him days apart. He often gets angular cheilitis, though, which is very noticeable.

People assume he has some form of disability, or maybe just a bad childhood, as he seems poorly socialized. He gets invited to plenty of social events though, as people are understanding with him, plus he has a lot of movies on dvd, which is appreciated. People dont talk to him often, since he’s difficult to talk to, but he definitely has some personality.

People discuss this often, just not to his face, but Regan smells bad. Like BAD. Not like a corpse, but like raw meat left out too long. Maybe like how someone who works at a slaughterhouse would smell when they get home. This isn’t exactly creepy, as its not like a bloody murdered corpse smell, just a gross meat smell. People agree this is most likely from stocking for the food places in the mall.

Who knows, he probably has some.
