She took part in the basic education system in place in her city, so she is very well-read.

She was born in Tetra, but her family moved to Ephos mid-war in an effort to protect their family. She grew up with a deep sense of compassion and caring, due to the example of her fathers and uncles in the war (her father made it back alive, but she lost a couple of uncles). Her family and community fostered her love for the arts, and she became very good at influencing people around her in quiet ways. Her family is not wealthy, but much better off than Ember and Nikko were for reference.
