Sophia was born and raised in Halberton, both of her parents being blacksmiths and raising her in the profession from the time she was born. By the time she was in her teens Sophia was already showing a mastery that her parents had taken decades to achieve, and by the time she was old enough to be considered an adult she was making weapons and armor far beyond the quality her parents had ever dreamed of.

Soon Sophia was considered to be one of the best blacksmiths in Halberton. Though she hated being under the thumb of the Cinderash family and needing to go through them to work being associated with them helped her get supplies and make a name for herself so she put up with it and continued to work.

Now she is still considered one of the best, though she is far more reclusive as she finds with age people tend to annoy her more and more and she would rather be left alone to work than spend time dealing with others.
