Tez is a Halfblood Yuan-Ti, and he came along with a friend to start working on a port. He's a sorcerer whose powers seem to come from some Earth Elemental in his bloodline, and his specialty is moving and shaping the ground as a result. He aspires to make the perfect beach.

Shah: Tez will expect me to be more Yuan-Ti like, so I avoid both him and Sorush.

Ua-Lo: Another mage! His magic feels little bit familiar, being honest, since we can both shape ground and change earth as we like. Will definitely write about him to Professor. But Shah seems to avoid him, wonder if there is some problem between them?
