A grizzled Kobold miner, whose eyes tell any number of fascinating stories. Unfortunately, those stories are locked behind some sort of brain damage or birth defect, because all he can say is "MLEEP!". This, of course, leads to people calling him that.

Shah: I wonder what goes on in MLEEP's mind, and if MLEEP would mind someone listening to his thoughts. I spent A Lot of time trying to discern whether MLEEP wanted his own house or just a room to himself. It's very difficult to communicate, but I still try.

Ua-Lo: Why MLEEP say mleep all time? We do not understand, but he is good worker so is probably okay.
