A Tortle monk from the warm seas to the south of Faerun. He came with his partner, Sum, because they heard there was a Tortle community somewhere on the island.

Shah: I am sad I don't know of a tortle settlement for Bobo to find, but I hope Bobo and Sum will stay to create a new tortle settlement here with us in Kingsreach. I like them.

Ua-Lo: We have not had much chance to talk, but Bobo seems very passionate - is good! We should take them to talk to other island tortles soon.
