An Aasimar official from Waterdeep who has come to act as a diplomat to the newly established Kingsreach town. She is serious and to the point, but intelligent and capable of deep empathy.

Shah: I respect Muriel, but I also tread lightly around Muriel out of fear. I am afraid that Muriel will decide I am an Enemy of the Town and send the guard after me. It's an irrational fear, it can't be calmed.

Ua-Lo: We have not spoken much to Muriel, but she seems fair and capable, and she is very beautiful... usually we try not to talk to her, is even more embarrassing than usual to stutter since she is so smart and speaks well :(
