Neo is actually quite formal when it comes to meeting new people. It was drilled into him by his constant influx of new homes as a child, as well as his career as an influencer and model.
He would say nothing-- money and attention is the real reason.
Neo can be quite apathetic when it comes to human emotion, including his own. He's the type to only notice physical problems but still care once he realizes something is wrong. Neo also finds it quite hard to do anything to work towards his future. His apathy does NOT equal lack of empathy in his case. It does sometimes depending on the situation.
He thinks a perfectly working family is a myth, and simply doesn't think it can happen for himself or anyone.
He loved rollerskating at a kid and got pretty good at it before starting modeling at his young age.

At a very young age he and his twin were in the foster system together. They got passed through a lot of households due to the restless nature of the system, and Neo soon became very restless in moving around with it. He would often separate from his twin for weeks to up to a year, putting leaps and bounds between them.
Neo after his split from the rest of his biological family started to pursue modeling at the young age of fifteen. It was hard for him to find work, but he eventually found work at a business at small companies, doing small photoshoots and getting mixed up into the business as he steadily gained fame from being so young and attractive.
This fame led him down a path of empty relationships, depersonalization, and drug use, all three of which he still struggles with. At this time (also depending on his age), he is still a media influencer, and he will go on to create his own modeling company with his own clothes line.
Neo is literally one of my favorite charries ever (like ever) so he gets a vibe list too
