He was raised by his father, James Walker, as his mother wasn't in the picture and left him and James as she wasn't ready for children at the age she was(she was 23, James was 19) They met with a lawyer when she was 8 months and she signed away her rights.

His father did his best to raise him while trying to complete college. When he was 3, his mother returned briefly and became pregnant with his younger sister. She gave birth to her when he was 4. Once again, she signed away her rights the day she was born and left for good.

He was 7 and a half when his father met his stepmother. She quickly became his motherly figure. She helped him do well in school.

He met Jocelyn Azalo Safran when he was in 3rd grade. He meet her when she and a friend were being harassed by a pick-me girl and her boyfriend. They became friends and stayed friends throughout middle and high school.

When they were 13, they started dating and dated till she went to live with her parents. He was depressed for a while, but with some pushing, went into therapy and got better.

He graduated high school and went into college
