Payton was born in Inola Oklahoma to Mathew and Rosa Outlaw, during his grade school years he was homeschooled until up to high school at which point he went from homeschooling to a Classical education private school located in Tulsa. As a child being a professional assassin was not on his career list although he was interesting in joining the army. After graduating high school he skipped college and joined the military, first as infantry and then moving to special forces, after multiple confirmed kills and several successful escapes from eminent death, he was approached by the Terran Space Attack and Defense Force (T-SADOF) to serve as a lone operative, a single man squadron tasked with eliminating high class targets.
