a very not luxury set of apartments, but they are located downtown and that's about the best most can get in Alabaster City

there are some rats in the air ducts but legally nobody's supposed to say anything

mostly cement floorings with cheap carpet or cheaper linoleum over it depending on the area

outside walls are brick. inside is also brick but with some stained wallpaper over it

each apartment has 1 bedroom

each apartment has 1.5 bathrooms (full bath inside master suite)

it's alright. mostly just more of Alabaster around

not a lot

underground parking garage that smells like mildew and death

internal a/c, but it's broken a lot so a lot of tenants just use an a/c box in their windows

same thing with cooling

omg it's in downtown Alabaster--there's no such thing as security

the walkability is nice! it's in the downtown block so everything is very nearby

not soon enough
