A 5 year old goes missing. Unbeknownst to the parents, he/she has been pulled into a parallel universe. The child doesn't know it, because the other universe is exactly the same, including the way time works.
Meanwhile, the child's twin is still at home. When twin A returns two weeks later, he/she is 30 years old.

Hmmm. Premise sounds nice. Has a lot of potential. I should take a crack at this.
It’ll probably take a while, but I’ll have it written.. Eventually.
I’ll probably add some other characters (just 2 actually), but I’ll try to keep the spirit of the prompt intact.
