How do you add images to discussions that people don't need a link to find? I've seen it where the image is just there in the discussion itself and I'd like to know how to do that

For me it usually happens when I upload an image to one of my galleries and then open it in a new tab once it's been saved. Copying that link and pasting it into a discussion opens the image directly.
