forum How do I make my characters public?

I was hoping for some people who say they will draw my characters to draw my main character but I cannot seem to find the option to make them private. Can someone tell me where to go? Thank you<3

So because @Riorlyne is an amazing human being, she created this thread which has lots of notebook.ai tutorials (okay so it's three but still), including how to make pages public! It includes screenshots and everything.
