"Uhhh." He had no answer. Pushing her back up, he just sat there with his arms folded.
“HEY BARTENDER, ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOTS!” The overworked man groaned but came back out with another round. He mouthed ‘good luck brother’ to Xavier.
"You cant make me, your only one girl." Xavier pointed out.
“And you’re only one guy.” She snapped her fingers, making a small flickering flame flare to life. There was something dangerous in her eyes.
"I can do the same but with ice, honey," He smirk, not even glancing at the cups.
“We all know fire melts things. Ice, metal, human flesh…”
"And ice can put out fire, freeze humans, explode things, and as I know it there is not place that fire rules, there are places like the arctic, and that's all ice."
“We’re literally in the middle of a desert, I’d say fire reigns supreme here. Besides,” she smiled mischievously “who said I was human?”
"Yeah, who said anyone here was human." He retorted, "I'm not."
“What are you?” Her face shifted from blanketed hostility to childlike wonder.
(If Malachi were there he would be panicking so bad at that one comment)

(Lol yeah)
"I would rather not tell." He muttered, rubbing the rime of the cup.
“Oh please? If you won’t get drunk with me, at least let me know about you just a little.” Tears shimmered in her eyes. She briefly wondered when she had gotten so emotional.
"Uh," He so badly wanted to avoid this question, "I'm a doctor, assassin, warrior, and… Angle of Death."
“Oh, is that last part a sensitive subject?” There was nothing in her voice but sencerity as she pressed on “I won’t mention it If you dont want me to”
"You are now confusing me." He blurted, raising one eye brow.
“I won’t tell others about it if you don’t want me to,” she clarified
"I don't really care." He said truthfully, "Its not that much of a secret, I just don't like telling people… They get a defensive."
“ I’m a Djinn,” she blurted, then blushed.
"That's nice." He said simply, glancing the other way.
(brb, maybe)
(Yeah I have to go too. See you tomorrow?)
(Yeah, probably)
"Why did you even bring me here?" Xavier question, "Why bring me here if you wanted to ditch are fellow Hunters?"
