Ana hummed. “Thanks for cooking.”
Ana hummed. “Thanks for cooking.”
“It was my pleasure,” Kaze said with a grin.
Ana looked around. “Is there any more?”
"There's a bit more in the pot," Kaze said with a laugh.
Ana rose and emptied the rest of the pot out in her bowl then sat back down.
“It’s very good. You should start making it more.”
Bree smiled, "I already make it plenty, so don't worry about it."
Ana gave a happy hum. “Good. This stuff is stuff someone could crave for.”
"It really is," Breeze chuckled, "And I think I know who."
Ana looked up from the bowl. “Who?”
"You," Bree was smiling.
Ana gave a loopy grin. “You’re right.”
"I know I'm right," Bree had a confident smile.
Ana drained the bowl of the soup’s broth and set the bowl down. “I can agree with that standard, though.”
Breeze laughed and leaned against the counter, "It's the only standard really."
Ana rose up out of the chair and popped the bowl into the sink. “Only standard? What if I hated it?”
"Then I would sincerely offended," Bree got up and put her bowl in the sink.
Ana shook her head out, grinning. “Okay, I liked it. Just to tell you.”
"I can see that," Kaze laughed.
Ana grinned and looked around. “What now?
"Whatever you want to do," Bree looked at the time before groaning, "Crap I have work soon."
Ana looked around. “Huh. Then you should just get ready for that, then.”
"I should," Bree sighed walking into her room. She pulled hair back into a high bun and changed into her waitress outfit. She took the night shift at a local bar and grill. Nasty work sometimes, but it paid well.
Ana drifted around the apartment. “Are you sure you want to go? I can get money, you don’t need to work.”
Breeze nodded as she moved towards the door with a large coat on, "Yeah I'm sure. I can't just not show up out of the blue."
Ana gave a gentle sigh. “If you’re sure. You could quit! Or resign? Move?”
