(Ok)
Jalo returned again, after being transferred schools while I school he was pretty tired out. He walked up to the rooftop, and saw a female, she looked to be smoking. He walked up and waved. “Hi there!”
Jalo was very excited to be back, making friends could make it even better!
She smiled and patted Runaans head a bit. Now anyone who was anyone knew that Valentina didn't like being touched. At all. Except for holding hands. It was weird.
Archer’s eyes narrowed slightly. So Valentina wasn’t going to give up. Maybe he should have just let her. Of course, even thinking that made him feel bad.
“Of course!” he responded to Runaan, back to his smiling self so quickly one would have to have been looking carefully to even see his eyes narrowing in annoyance. “We should make a book club! Then we could all read a book and discuss it! What do you guys think?”
(guys let's get back to the rp asap!)
She turned around and looked the random boy in the eye, cold as daggers piercing through them.
She let her fanged smile crawl up on her face as she waved to him. "Why hello! And who might you be?"
Jalo smiled. “Why, my name is Jalo, it’s nice to meet you!”
He got excited, too excited to speak normally, he started playing with his messy hair, his ear twitching when he gets close to them.
"I'm…not the best in social situations. Or starting things. Or public speaking for that matter but, I'd be more then happy and willing to give it a try." She nods, and smirked at Archer. Of course she had seen the glare. She knew the game she was playing.
She stepped closer "Ebonys the name." She winked at him and held out her blackened hand for him to shake with a smile as her yellow glowing eyes looked into his
Jalo blushed a bit, he was never complimented so, slyly before. He grabbed her hand and shook it, trying to ignore the slight fear inside, telling him it was strange. “Nice to meet you!”
"Pleasures all mine. So whatchya doin up here huh pretty boy?" She purred, raising an eyebrow.
Jalo blushed a bit more. “I was wondering. Thinking of flying a bit to stretch my wings… I haven’t used them in days…”
She hadn't even noticed he had wings until now. She pressed her own against her back subconsciously. "May i watch? Wings have always fascinated me"
Jalo smiled. “Sure I don’t mind. They’re a bit strange but… they are enough.”
He spreads his wings, they’re pretty big for his size. They start to swish back and forth, fluttering. Jalo floats into the air. To be honest, it hurt him a lot. They were heavy, but once stretched his wings feel great, he flinches when he raises higher.
Jalo took a deep breath and started to soar around the building, it felt great to him, the wind brushing his hair back, his soft ears being pet by the wind, his wings felt like feathers. Jalo couldn’t do anything fancy, but it was tiring, so he landed.
“Sorry it was short.” He smiled softly. He kept grabbing his wings, they started hurting again.
"I'm…not the best in social situations. Or starting things. Or public speaking for that matter but, I'd be more then happy and willing to give it a try." She nods, and smirked at Archer. Of course she had seen the glare. She knew the game she was playing.
Archer smiled back thinly before turning to Runaan, the smile becoming more genuine. “What do you think Runaan? It would be so much fun!”
Runaan smiled a bit and perked at that. "A book club? That would be awesome!" He giggles as he settles into the table and beams at them. "I can talk to the club activities manager and get it started!" He says happily.
“Great idea! I can get together some ideas for books and a notebook to write stuff down for the club,” Archer offered with another smile.
Runaan seemed to smile wider at that. "That sounds great!" he giggles softly, leaning back in his chair. "And we could meet every Friday afternoon! I have the perfect spot."
“And where would that be?” Archer asked, intrigued. The way he was looking at Runaan, one would have thought that Runaan was the most important person in the world.
"It's my secret!" He giggles. "You guys will get to see once I get everything ready." He smiles warmly. "You just let people know!"
Archer shrugged. “I suppose I can do that,” he agreed, mind buzzing about where the meeting spot would be. If I’m not totally shy and embarrassing, he added mentally.
Valentina sat there and listened. "I'll help Archer get people rallied up. I know a lot of the club leaders so that'll definitely help." She nods, seeming to have yet again given up on Runaan as she returned to resting bitch face, and flipped open her book. "I think we should start with classic monster stories and then slowly get to modern times and compare them at the end. Skipping over Twilight because the whole series makes me want to barf."
Archer wrinkled his nose. “I have to agree with that. Twilight is the worst. And I’m good with classic monster books. Those are pretty cool.”
She nods with a smile, genuinely excited about this. Suddenly the bell rang. "Oh shit,we outta get to our last period. Meet up here after school?"
"Sure thing!" Runaan giggles softly before gathering his things and glancing at Archer and Valentina. "I'll see you guys after school!" He smiles before waving and scurrying off, a proud smile on his lips.
(Agh, sorry i thought i replied!)
Beony watched him with a smile as she leaner over the railing, her hair swished in front of her face whenever he would pass her. They were actually quite pretty.
Once he landed she smiled and stepped up to.him, looking him up and down, tucking a piece of her black hair behind her heavily pierced ear, simply black diamonds and rings piercing through her ear.
"How long have you gone without flying?" She asks him looking from him wings to his pretty face
“I can go months without it, they’re super heavy. I usually just spread them or hide them. My dad is a dragon, and he was very tall. Although he’s tall my wings are bigger. I’m unsure why.” Jalo kept grabbing his wings. Sometimes flinching. His wings hurt a lot, he couldn’t stand the pain…
