He looks at her with tears in his eyes. "I wish I had protected you…" He whispers, slowly sitting on the bed, her hand in his. He sighs and shakes his head, kissing her forehead. He just sat there, running his thumb mindlessly over her knuckles, tears silently slipping down his face.

Takala rips at the man's head, roaring and biting. Soon though she let go to the sound of sirens and flashing lights. She ran into the woods and hid a short ways away to watch.

"yes" the branches moved

The unconscious boy stirred sightly

The paramedics had to use a saw to get the woman out of the car and onto a stretcher. Another car pulls up and a different, older woman gets out with a yell, "TOBY! LYRA!"

He looks at her with tears in his eyes. "I wish I had protected you…" He whispers, slowly sitting on the bed, her hand in his. He sighs and shakes his head, kissing her forehead. He just sat there, running his thumb mindlessly over her knuckles, tears silently slipping down his face.

Patch started to wake. She stirred under the covers. She shudders with left over chill. “T-Tino…” she tries to sit up, only half awake and not completely aware that she’s waking up, but just falls back again. “T-Tino, don’t leave me… please.” She mumbles, remnants of her dream still running through her mind, mixing with reality.

"No."

Masky groans dramatically, and falls onto his back, making him yell as the pain from his ribs shooting in him. “CRAP!”

The boy stirred again, opening his eyes for a moment before pain overcame him, and he slipped back into unconscious

"ya hurt or something?" The voice called

Takala creeps forward as both of the kids where loaded into the ambulance. Their Mother breaking down into tears. Takala backed away then skirted back to the mansion on all fours.

"He fucked up and got himself hurt." Hoodie said, giving Masky a stern glare that screamed 'Sit the fuck down.'

“Not my fault that bitch that looks like a wimp just about killed me for taking his girlfriend.” Masky pushed his mask up a bit to stick his tongue out at Hoodie. “Bitch broke my ribs and wrist.”

“And threatened to kill and eat me nonetheless!”

The boy remained unconscious as this happened

"Well that's a shame" a familiar voice could be heard behind the windago

Takala skids to stop, whirling around, "EH?!"

Jeff was standing behind her, leaning back against a tree. He waved his knife in greeting "hi"

:The hell do you want." She snarls at him, transforming in a humanoid.

"we have something to finish." He said simply. His right arm was bandaged up and left limply at his side

Asher walked outside, humming as he made his way into the forest. This place is strange, it has the same layout as Archers and Sam's place..

"Tch. Well. Since I have nothing better to do." Takala sighs exasperatedly, scratching her head

"I was hoping you'd say that" Jeff chuckled and pushed himself off the tree trunk

"You're gonna die kiddo. YOu want those to be your last words?"
