@ShadeStar

Ivory reached the location. "Took you long enough!" a voice shouted out. It was Indigo.

"Sorry Indi," Ivory turned her head towards Indi, "Someone new wanted to join."

~~~
Indigo looked over at the new girl, "Huh."
// hi, welcome @Nerd_Girl2.0 ! I'm trying to make sure characters aren't over powered, so can you please choose one power and give whichever power you choose limits? i.e. if Zoe can teleport she can only teleport once a day and to places she's been to. thank you! //
Lilian
Marceline nodded at the new girl, Indigo. "I'm Anya." She stepped forward and looked around. It didn't look like much, but then again, that was probably the point. She wasn't quite sure what to say, so she fell quiet and waited for one of them to take the lead.
@ShadeStar
Ivory rolled her eyes, "We need members V. And she's willing."
Indigo studied Anya, "Are you an Innigo?"
(So how should I introduce your character???)
Lilian
// Yeah your character is fine now, thanks for changing her. Since she is a rebel it would make since for her to be at the rebel meeting spot they're at now. @PuffPoff since we're at this one spot anyway lol Micah can just kind of stumble across it? Or, iirc, Micah has a rebel sister. What if he sees her in the Ptherion part of town, wonders what she's doing there, and follows her to the spot? //
Zoe crashed into the meeting. "Sorry I'm late! Had some soldiers on my tail." She said cheesily and brushed imaginary dust off her shoulder. "So whats going on?"
Lilian
"No." Marceline shook her head as her heart began pounding. She knew she still had the illusion up- one that took her classically Innigo features and hid them under a veneer of a snub nose, short height, and dark brown eyes, but her brain still told her they could somehow see what she actually looked like. "If I was Innigo, do you think I'd walk in here with my ratty cloak? Nah, if I were Innigo, I'd be here wearing a gown that costs more than a house and jewelry worth more than my own life." She joked, trying to calm any suspicions.
@PuffPoff
(I might use Maggi occasionally in the rp)
Maggi tucked her hair behind her hood as she turned the corner, looking around for the people she was supposed to meet. She had told her parents that she was going to the store, and she was, but after this meeting.
Micah spotted a hooded figure sneak around the corner ahead of him. Well, that's suspicious. He usually wasn't one to follow anything that seemed out of the ordinary, but he had nothing better to do at the moment. Micah cautiously followed the figure around the corner and down the nearly abandoned sidewalk.
"Innigo?" She asked suspiciously. She studied the girl who was declining. "How do we know that you didn't just disguise your self to spy on us?"
Lilian
Marceline's eyes widened at the sight of magic swirling around. Her heart, somehow, beat faster and beads of sweat appeared on her forehead. Trying to keep cool, she rolled her eyes and put her hands on her hips. "You seriously don't believe me? I have lived in this place all my life. I have worked, not by choice, as a maid for a snobby family for years. I know what it's like to live here, and I want to stop the Innigos from ruining our lives anymore." The lie rolled off her tongue smoothly.
"Suureee or maybe you're just an imposter." She snarled. She looked the women right in the eyes. "So what does it feel like?"
"Well, for one, it feels a little annoying to be questioned by someone who is clearly wrong on the matter." As she got angrier, she dropped her less educated way of speaking and began to resume the way she was taught to speak after years of private lessons. The distraction was also beginning to mess with her appearance- she was starting to glitch, especially at her fingertips. They rapidly went from calloused and strong to small and pale fingers.
