Personality: He is highly extroverted, and prone to getting one hundred percent caught up in the moment. He can be selfish, impatient, insecure, sensitive, easily bored, and generally unfocused, but he's friendly and kind at heart. He's bold and original, observant and practical, and to top it all off, he's got great people skills. Unfortunately, he's a total failure at judging the character of a person, and too quick to trust. "Klaus Martin is many things, but courageous is not one of them. Truth be told, he's a bit of a coward. He's not afraid of getting hurt, per say, or even of his job, which insists he must kill those who endanger the lives of humans. On the contrary, he takes pride in his abilities as a hunter. No, what he fears most is failure. If there's a chance his mission or hunt will go wrong, he's likely to try and discreetly pull out at the last moment. He values his near perfect track record, and really doesn't want to risk his reputation more than necessary. It's already bad enough that he's looked down on as a half blood. Klaus craves acceptance, and if poor integrity is what it takes, it's what it takes. That's not to say he has no morals, however. If someone is truly in danger, he'll risk more than his reputation to save them, injuries be d*mned. After all, what's the point of having advanced healing if he never uses it? Which is the kind of mindset that ensures he's always carrying a flask of water on him."
Appearance: Klaus stands at about 5"5. He's short, but has well-defined muscles to make up for it (mesomorphic body type). He's pale, but not incredibly so, able to get a tan if he suddenly started going outside for that reason. He has a lip piercing and small gauges, and rarely leaves the house without wearing at least one black item of clothing. (photo)
Gear: A blessed blade, which is a type of blade that can kill practically anything. The specific blade that Klaus owns is in the form of a small dagger. This blade has been blessed by a dragon, imbued with its power. In addition to this, Klaus keeps a flask of water with him at all times in case of emergency, since being half siren allows him to heal quickly when exposed to water.
Talents: Animating, public speaking, surprisingly good at martial arts.
Hobbies: Vlogging, running, animating, rewatching Disney movies.
Other info: His codename, a joke taken too far, in Klaus's humble opinion, was a nickname his father called him all the time as a kid. And a teen. And the three years he was a legal adult that his father was alive for. When he passed away, he started calling himself "Ariel" during hunts in memory of his dad, though that alone made him the subject of rumors and mocking. Especially seeing as it was well-known his mom was a siren, and it was obvious the nickname originated from the Disney film, 'The Little Mermaid.'
