Rain wasn't on the very top floor of the sky scraper, and she noticed the waves approaching the tower. She calmly pushed her way through the masses of people, occasionally saying "sorry" or "excuse me".

adam quickly grabbed his things and ran up the stairs hoping that the waves wouldn't get any higher.

Jemma sprang to her feet. "I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN EVENTUALLY!" She started kicking people. "GET UP! WE NEED TO GET OUT!"

Sh**. Cade thought to himself, watching as the waves got higher and higher. When he had to evacuate, he usually jumped from rooftop to rooftop. However, the Sky Tower was so tall that if he jumped down onto a roof below, he would die.

Alex quickly ran over to where Jemma and her pack was. "C'mon, C'mon, I'm not letting you die on me." She hissed as she slung her pack over her shoulder.

Jemma ran after her. "Where else are we gonna go?"

Rain looked out at the waves, seeing them gradually grow bigger by the moment. Knowing that the voice saying evacuate was right, she rushed to the stairs, pushing through the mass of people.

Cade sprinted to the bottom of the tower, pushing people aside as he made his way back onto the street. He ran down the sidewalk, small drops of water landing on the back of his head.

adam changes his mind and runs down the stairs and into a nearby underground bunker "I CAN ONLY TAKE ONE FAMILY OF 5 PARENTS INCLUDED!!!" adam yells trying to same whoever he can.

Jemma ran after her. "Where else are we gonna go?"

"We have to get away from here as fast as possible." She replied, glad there were back doors and blasted through them.

Jemma grabbed her hand so she could keep up. "Okay and that would be where?"

"Inland, New York would be one of our last bets." She replied and kept running as she heard screams behind her. "Faster!" She yelled, picking up some speed.

Jemma kept pace with her. Good thing she was strong.

adam closed the hatch seeing as everyone thought he was insane and waites out the waves.

Cade spotted a fire escape creeping up the side of a nearby building. He swiftly climbed up it and ran across the roof, jumping and sprinting above the streets.

Eventually, they stopped at the edge of the road for some rest for Alex was exhausted. She heard a loud boom as the waves slammed down on the tower before starting to retreat back to the ocean, taking everything with it. She sat on the ground and pulled out some emergency food and energy bars.

Jemma put her hands on her knees. "So…" She panted. "Our houses are destroyed….again…"

Alex pulled out her brab. * 50, thousand dead. 1 hour until earthquake.* It alerted her. "We're almost there."

Jemma sat down and grabbed a bar. "That's more than last time."

adam exited the bunker and ran inland trying to see anyone that was doing the same "should have never moved here…"

Cade stood on the roof of some apartment building, and checked his brab. 50 thousand dead. One hour until earthquake. I need to get off the roof… he thought, making his way to the fire escape on the side of the building.

Jemma sat down and grabbed a bar. "That's more than last time."

"I know, sooner or later this whole planet is gonna be destroyed." She gave a muffled answer as she chewed her bar.
