"Why thank you."
"Why thank you."
"You're welcome. Now can we review the plans?"
He nodded. "Lead the way, dear."
Tal wrapped her fingers around his wrist and pulled him into her living room.
He followed after her.
The room was big and expensive looking. Mahogany with gold trim was everywhere, and a huge fireplace loomed against a wall. The main table held many maps, charts, and papers.
"Well, my dear?"
Tal sighed. "I don't know. I've hit a dead end every time I try to figure out how to undo the curse."

He nodded.
Tal quickly stood up and kissed him again, quickly. She broke off. "Mistress is going to be here soon anyway to check on me. You'd better leave."
He nodded. "I will be back soon, my sweet."
"Go, you big flirt. And don't come back until you're in with Luck," Tal murmured teasingly. "Or any time that you want."
He nodded, slipping out
Lady Mistress was just approaching the door. "Azrail," she greeted politely. "What are you doing here?"
"Oh, just had to have a… short conversation." He said
