( Sure.)
( And Sonya looks great )
(Thank you!)
( we can probably start tomorrow and see if anyone else wants to join)
((Okie dokie, sounds good ^^))
( K, I'm going to wait 30 more minutes or so to see if anyone wants to join, then we can start )
(Alright. I'm here.)
( @Becfromthedead if you want me to, I can make a girl character for Sonya?)
( or we can wait to see if more people come)
(If no one else ends up coming, you could eventually, but it's not necessary right now.)
( If anyone's on, I bet that we can start)
(I'll leave it open if anyone else wants to join)
(I’m on)
(K, do you want to start? Cause I'm pretty terrible at that )
(Lol sure. Where should the setting be??)
( Probably in a smaller town. It can be wherever you want it to start off.)
(Since they're 19 or so, they're probably still in school too)
(Alright)
Robin sat in the schools library, flipping through a biology textbook. His eyes glanced over the writing, knee bouncing as he read. He had always struggled a bit with biology, he could never grasp it. The teacher talked to quickly for him to read her lips, anyways, and her interpreters motions were a bit sloppy.
Theo had finally found his way towards the library, continuously running a hand through his curly hair. Maybe he should have brushed it before he left his dorm room. Tugging on the hem of his shirt, he made it towards the English section, grabbing a few textbooks and sitting down at an empty table across from a boy with ginger hair. Apparently, his teacher's thought that he needed some extra practice on his grammar.
Robin glanced up and over at the man who sat across from him. He bit the inside of his cheek sharply before looking back down at his textbook. He chewed on his lower lip now as he continued to try and concentrate on reading.
Theo looked up from the pages he was attempting to read after a few moments. How would he ever learn to know where to put a comma or semicolon. French was easier. He looked ahead towards the man in front of him and decided to say something.
"Hey." Wow. That's definitely going to start a conversation. He thought sarcastically, shaking his head faintly at himself.
Robin obviously didn’t hear the man who had addressed him. And the way he had his head lowered made it so he couldn’t see his lips move. He flipped a page, glancing over the words.
( Sorry that I disappeared. I needed to go to a party. )
Theo glanced at the man ahead of him and noticed a hearing aid in his hear. Instead of speaking, he waved his hand, hoping that it would catch his attention.
(It’s okay, I vanished as well but I’m back)
Robin noticed the movement and looked up. Had the man tried to talk to him? His cheeks flushed in an embarrassed manner as he motioned to his hearing aid.
(That's fine. Welcome back)
Theo nodded and decided to try some sign language. One of his foster parents had been deaf, so he knew a little. 'My name is Theo. Nice to meet you.' He signed, his movements slower since he couldn't remember much.
Robin suddenly grinned excitedly upon seeing that Theo knew sign language. ‘I’m Robin. It is great to meet you. And you know sign language, which is a plus,’ he signed quickly, motions fluid and smooth.
Theo smiled back and furrowed his brow faintly as he tried to read the sign language. 'I like your name, Robin. Sadly, I only know so much sign language.' He signed back, his movements slower than the man in front of him.
‘Oh? If you talk slowly, I can read your lips and try to talk back,’ Robin suggested. He slowed his hand motions a bit, knee bouncing under the table. Hecluld never sit still for too long.
