(Well, my boy's heading towards where Mark and the lot is, if Azzy's a refugee scout, he'll probably be watching out for government scouts, guess they could probably run into each other if you're chill with it?)

3110 shade his eyes again, slowing down his jog. He placed his hands on his knees, panting softly. His tongue felt dry as he ran it across his lips, so he ruffled through his bag for a canteen. He pulled out his map again, squinting against the harsh light at the artificial paper, he should be extremely nearby the town, and if he squinted in the distance he could make out the sight of slumped building. He closed his eyes and listened for a moment, hearing nothing but the howl of the wind and his own breathing. Just in case 3110 shrugged off his rifle, letting the gun rest comfortably in his hands. He spied out a decent rock outcropping nearby that he could scope from, reasonably safely. 3110 always felt a tiny thrill when he went out, enjoying the excitement it brought, even it usually ended up being an animal sighting. He loaded the gun anyways, flicking off the safety and keeping his finger next to, but not on the trigger.

3110 crept closer to his chosen spot, getting as close to the edge of the outcropping as he could, before settling on his stomach and pulling his hood securely over his head to hide his dark red hair. A smile tugged at his mouth and he pulled off the mask that protected his lungs from the dust. Setting up the stand for his rifle, he glanced through the scope, letting him have a decent view of the abandoned town. 3110 frowned, the rock was actually far closer than he was hoping, but he was upwind anyways, letting him hear the gentle tinkling of wind blowing though long blown out windows. He'd stay posted for perhaps an hour, watching for movement, before going down to investigate the town in person, before heading back. His ice-blue eyes were sharp, taking in any flicker of movement he could as he settled in to wait. He wasn't rushed, and a slow sense of calm creeped over him, filling 3110 with a practiced sense of patience.

Mark pulled out his folder, looking over the list of supplies the refuge needed. He didn't worry about being caught, he was the oldest refuge, the first, and he was probably known by any gov scouts. After all his sister lead the nearest sector. He walked along the street in the middle of the town, flipping through the papers, he had a radio clipped to his belt, so if anything happened back at the Refuge the guards could easily reach him, although it was only supposed to be if rules 1 or 5 were broken.

Parker stayed by the door, she was armored with a ak47 (I hope this is okay) the mag was fully loaded, she had it in her arms her finger away from the trigger so that she didn't shoot anyone purely by accident.
She had been trained in gun safety, so she knew how to handle almost every gun in the place. Plus, when she was younger she learned how to dissemble a gun and put it back together with a lot of guns so she's was pretty qualified to handle one.
She sighed, she was pretty bored just standing and guarding but she knew it needed to be done.

Sean watched the guards, he had snuck a small gun, breaking another rule, but how else was he supposed to convince them he was a scout. He took a step back, inhaled and walked out, walking to the door with confidence, no one would guess he didn't belong their. He nodded to guards as he passed, he was going to make it outside, no that he would go anywhere, he didn't care, he just needed some non artificial light.

3110 stifled a yawn with his hand, blinking blearily through the scope of his rifle. His tiredness from the night before had finally set in, in its entirety. He was tempted to take another caffeine pill, but he knew the side-effects and that the blatant overuse of it would get him in trouble with his branch for 'negligence of materials'. He fought to keep his eyes open, annoyed with himself for being tired and for staying up too late. 3110 shifted his weight on his stomach, fiddling with the rifle. He stared through the scope again and sighed, his hour time-limit was almost up, he should start packing up to explore the-

He'd seen movement, heard a tiny sound. It was just a scuff, a tiny noise that easily could have been the wind, but 3110 froze, holding his breath to make no noise. His searching became more intense, sharpening his eye and… There! A small flash of cloth, and the noise of muffled speaking. 3110 felt his heart-beat increase, his tiredness forgotten momentarily, with a carefully practiced grace he shuffled a bit to the right, and with his rifle could see the outline of a person. He cursed under his breath even as a small smile lit up his face, he'd actually done it! Hands still steady, thanks to practice, he breathed out, waiting to see if he recognized the outfits of the Government. 3110 was nearly giddy, it would make his career if he could catch some refugee's, even if he was young it was possible to get a promotion, even if the attention would be unwanted for his particular breed of work..

3110 stayed still as the person stepped into the sunlight and his breath hitched for a heartbeat, he recognized the man from the reports, though not the people with him, who were currently searching the abandoned building. 3110 cursed again, his smile vanishing, instead replaced with a look of intense focus and thought. It was Mark, one of the Government branches brothers, and current leader of the refugees. He wasn't quite sure what to do, if he shot he could get in trouble, if he didn't the same. 3110 brain-stormed for a long moment, he was half convinced he should quietly head back and write up a false report, claim the area was just infested with rats, and nothing of note had been found. It was a risky move, if he acted it would be incredible for his career, but… Annoyed at himself, 3110 sat up and growled, running a hand through his hair. What to do, what to do… …

Making up his mind, 3110 decided to wait, and watch. It was what he was best at, and if anyone could glean anything from this distance he could. He set up his rifle again, flipping the safety on this time, and settled in to watch, all tiredness forgotten with the new excitement of this task. He moved his hood back, uncaring of if he was found, it was too good an opportunity to pass up.

Mark heard something shuffling around nearby. He turned towards the sound of the noise, pulling out a pistol and walking slowly towards it, He was sure it was a Gov scout. They had never caught his scouts when they were out, but he had never brought them to somewhere he was sure the Gov new about, all the places they went were farther away. He had set the papers down on the ground where he was standing, he could tell when he was being watched, he was raised by some of the top Gov's. His father being a leader of the scouts at one point.

3110 cursed under his breath for what felt like the tenth time. He had felt pretty secure on his rocky perch, but through the scope he could see his quarry notice him. At first subtly, with a few ripples of muscles and adjustment of stances, and then much, much more obviously, pulling out a pistol and heading in his direction. 3110 mentally went though a checklist of proper protocols and procedures and.. Switched the safety off again, slowly so as to avoid the clicking noise. He considered running for a moment, and shuffled backwards a few inches, trying to make as little noise as possible. 3110 wished he'd brought his radio, or at the very least a flare, holding his breath 3110 started running through his options.. Surrender? Possible, but highly risky. Fighting? Forget it, he'd be gunned down in seconds even with his protection gear. Run? …It seemed like a good idea, but as Mark approached slowly the window of opportunity continued to run out. He even considered pretending to give up, go with them, but he glanced at the numbers on his arm and squared his resolve. He raised his rifle and slowly, painfully slowly, stood up, keeping the sight trained on the man approaching. 3110 kept his face unreadable, maybe slightly annoyed or amused, hard to tell.

The red haired man cleared his throat, finger on the trigger.
"Well. What a surprise, I wasn't expecting company."

@CaseyJ group

Mark watched the male closely, his eyes moving to the strangers arm, to see who it was. "wasn't expecting? Are you not a scout, sent out to find refugees? If you were not expecting to find anyone then I am doing better than I thought" he smirked to himself, he had the gun aimed at the man, the safety was on, not that he would make that known. "You can try to fight, but I have 7 others with me, and they will gun you down, I recommend you run back to 2841 's base, I am sure Marianna would have you punished if you told them you found me, and came back empty handed, but wouldn't be surprised if you turned up dead" His voice was flat, emotionless. He was lying, he didn't kill anyone unless they gave him no choice, often enough he could get them to leave him alone, minus one. One had been forced to the Refuge after finding them over and over again, it was to big of a risk. He was young too, and always getting into trouble, Sean. "do you perhaps know 5349? He was a scout too. We had to get rid of him, he found us a few times, but he let us go every time, to much of a risk" he stated. He knew 5349 or Sean was known as dead by the government, the tracker should of told them as much.

@ScotchTapeWorm group

3110 clenched his jaw, listening quietly to the speech Mark gave. His arm never wavered, keeping it squarely aimed at the other mans head. He tried to keep his expression unreadable, until he mentioned 5349, and he couldn't help but feel a spike of annoyance every time the man used a name rather than a number. He waited for a long moment after he'd finished speaking.

"Do you think I'm afraid of death? We're expendable. If I die my tracker sends out a signal, you'll be found in minutes if you're lucky, longer if you're not." 3110 also kept his voice flat, even matter of fact with these things. He tipped his head to the side, allowing himself a small smile.
"You do sound like a handful however. You're important enough to the refugee's. A trade maybe? I do take information…" He let his voice trail off, as if letting off a piece of bait, he made a show of flipping the safety on, then off.

Parker was standing guard, looking around in a bored manner. That was until she noticed, Sean walking towards her. He nodded to the guards and looked as if he was holding a pistol in his hand. He walked with confidence but she wasn't so sure that was he was on scout duty. She raised a brow at him, "did you get moved to scouting?"

@CaseyJ group

"that is not true, they tell you that, but how long did it take you to get here? Do you really think anyone would care if you died?" he scoffed, "Look, kid," he paused, not sure how old the scout was, "You know who I am, I am the Leader of the Refuge. I created it, I can tell you right now that we don't need to go out with scouts, we have plenty of food and supplies in our base, but its nice to have a few extra things." he lowered his pistol, his finger still on the trigger, "I don't know what you have been told about us, but I simply made a place that kids, young adults…people who don't know why the world is this way…can have somewhere to go, but hey, you want to declare war, we are more than capable of taking out your sector" He shrugged. Mark was making a show, he wasn't lying, but he knew that all his scouts nearby, would be listening, some even had their guns aimed at the man. "I have more respect, than any leader you have ever followed, my people don't fear me, they trust me"

Sean turned to her, putting on a grin, she didn't recognize him, great. "yeah, I have been going for it for a while, had to earn the job" he shrugged, scouts had to earn their position, by earning the trust. He moved past her to the door, it wasn't locked, as a scout party was out, he opened it with his foot, trying to keep her from noticing. "Do you always work this shift? I don't think I have seen you around much, granted this place is a maze" he chuckled.

@imJUSTasillylittleguy group

She hung the gun along her shoulder, and put a long arm out to stop him from getting any closer.
She pushed him back from the door, looking him up and down.
"5349 right? I didn't recognize you at first, your voice made me realize it was you though, I don't remember hearing anything about you being a scout. The scouts left with the leader earlier today. Why aren't you with them huh?"
She raised a brow at him, hand on the gun.
