Marya walked into the base, hoping Kirin was close behind as Abasi left to go tend his garden or whatever. She walked into each room, looking for Cal. "Cal? Cal! Cal?!"
“You could probably safely assume he’s in the infirmary,” Kirin said drily, looking around.
Cal heard voices calling through the hallways, but he ignored them and continued to stay in his conscious/unconscious state.
( We need to write a memory of the first time that nimue, Cal and Marya met.)
AIlith was back in the base. She wandered around.

//good idea
And probably another fight or smthing to involve Ailith and Tink and the like
Cal thought that he heard Marya yelling in the hallways. He opened his eyes slowly and looked around, but most of his vision was blurry. From what he could tell, there was no one in the room that he could ask. Cal pushed himself up as his vision focused, wincing in pain from the newly stitched wound.
Marya went into one of the rooms, spirits lifting when she saw Cal. "I want to punch you in the face. But really softly. And with my lips."
"Then why don't you, Little Wolf?" Cal laughed at Marya's comment, pushing himself up straighter. "I thought you were dead. . ." He said softly, his blue eyes shifting to a serious gaze.
"I wasn't." she came over, running her hands through his hair and pulling herself closer. "But I almost was." Marya breathed, her hair tickling her nose.
"Just. . . don't leave again." Cal murmured, almost losing his train of thought as Marya ran her hands through his hair. "I don't know what I would do without you."
"Live a normal life?" she suggested, touching her nose to his. "Realistically speaking, you'd probably get over me in a few years."
"I would never get over someone like you." Cal replied, shaking his head faintly as he leaned forward and pressed his lips against Marya's gently. His arms wrapped around her, pulling her closer until their wasn't any space between them left.
She kissed back, deciding that this would be their first kiss. Not the one from before, filled with desperation and sadness. This one was filled with hope and love and Marya pushed herself against him harder, trying to take in everything. The king's dead. We can be happy together.
Cal sighed against Marya's lips and kissed her back harder, ignoring the growing pain in his chest. His hands traveled to the back of her neck as he tilted his head slightly to the side. I love you. Everything will be okay, now.
She broke the kiss, her lips just a few inches away from Cal's. "Agree to date for a while and then tell Nimue about it?" Marya laid down next to him, lacing her fingers in between his. "I-I love you." she'd never thought Cal would be the one to steal her heart. She'd always thought she'd die before finding love, that it wasn't worth much anyway. But oh, it was worth everything. Marya would give up anything if Cal died, giving away all her happiest memories, if even to see Cal for one minute.
"We won't tell Nimue just yet," Cal smiled, turning to rest on his side as he ran a hand through Marya's long hair. He pressed another soft kiss to her lips. "I love you too." He was almost surprised that Marya loved him. All these years, he had had a crush on her, but he never thought that she would like him back.
"I'm gonna run out of mushy things to say to you soon. But you might never." Marya placed a hand on his stomach, getting her hands wet with blood. "Feeling any better?"
Cal nodded, wincing faintly as he covered Marya's hand with his own. "It should be better soon. . ." He murmured, leaning closer to her and closing his eyes for a moment.
Marya felt a blush creeping up her cheeks. "Okay. Mind if I stay here with you? I don't know where my room is since we moved and I don't intend on asking." she put her arm over him, hugging him and she pulled herself closer. "Fair warning, I snore really loud."
"That's okay, Little Wolf." Cal answered, smiling softly as his messy hair fell across his face again. He opened his eyes sleepily and looked at Marya. "You're beautiful, you know?"
"Is this the delirious love talking? I know for a fact that I'm probably the most unhygienic person who's ever lived." Marya's brown eyes brightened. "You, on the other hand, are so perfect that you can make a stick fall in love with you if you smile at it the right way."
"I'm not delirious. . . Well, maybe a little." Cal smiled, pressing a soft kiss to Marya's forehead. "And everything isn't as perfect as it seems. All things have their faults."
Marya gave him a weird little half-smile. "You're right. Your fault is how annoying you can be. And my fault, is that I'm probably a little too violent." she wanted to just kiss him and talk like this every day. No threat of danger. Well, maybe a little bit, she could get bored, but no threat of Cal having to leave.
(Have to go for a while)
