(Nevermind then, sorry. I thought he was in villain form. Disregard my last post.)
Seeing Newt, her eyes widened. She grabbed Slang's hand. "Come on, we have to get out of here!" she urged as she groped for the door handle with her free hand.
"please do not touch me" he said calmly, yanking his hand away "Also why should we be running?" he asks
Newt's actual body was lying peacefully on his basement couch. 'Course, the supers didn't know that, and his identity was secure even if they found it because of his disguise. Meanwhile, his virtually invisible astral form flitted through the skyline, looking for a wonderful peace to ruin.
"please do not touch me" he said calmly, yanking his hand away "Also why should we be running?" he asks
Katie blinked startled for a second before realizing that Newt was in Astral form. "Oh, he's… Sorry, gotta go!"
Newt's spirit raised an eyebrow at her, before he grinned, heading to the boiler room of the school. What would it be? A leak? A purposeful malfunction?
"Please tell me why you freaked out when you saw my friend" he walked over, Blockig the door
Newt stopped and looked back at Slang. You coming? He mouthed.
"Nevermind" he said waving a hand "I also need to go" he brushes past her and walks into the hallway
"Boiler room." Newt's astral form muttered, gliding through the hallways towards the back of the cafeteria. "You get to decide what happened to it that made it A: Leak gases or B: Blow up."
"Please tell me why you freaked out when you saw my friend" he walked over, Blockig the door
"Your friend?" Katie asked, trying to push past him. She had to get out. Now.
"yay!" he claps his hands in excitement "gases!"
"Yes, gases. It's almost as fun as doing things by fate. Oh, the panic," Newt's form did jazz hands, a grin creeping across his face.
Katie watched them go. Quietly, she snuck after them.
Newt regularly made sure he knew of all his surroundings. Glancing around and seeing Katie, he nudged Slang sharply in the direction of the library.
"ive been working on a new poison that, when interected with heat, relases toxic fumes!" he said happily
"That's great. Talk quieter," Newt instructed, entering the library and jogging upstairs. "Let's hide in the elevator shaft, why don't we."
Katie head Slang say something about heat and toxic fumes. Newt saw her. She froze, then hurried after them, keeping up slowly.
Newt pulled Slang into an aisle, and before Katie could follow, he hopped up into a vent, pulling Slang up with him. It was easy in his astral form. "Talk quieter, and maybe we can get that poison of yours into action."
Katie wanted to follow them more but knew that she couldn't as Katie. Quickly, quietly, she turned into Watergirl.
"Okay" Slang quieted down and let himself be pulled along
They dropped down into the boiler room. Newt turned to Slang. "Where's the poison?"
Watergirl had heard them speaking about the boiler room, so she figured going there would be her best bet. Quickly, she sent a brief call to Fireboy, then headed off.
"right here" Some green liquid is released out of a small pocket of scales on Slangs wrist
(Please use punctuation and grammar, Dusk.)
Watergirl stood outside the boiler room door, listening carefully.
