"Oh? Say that to my victims." He said, all too cheerfully. "Anyhow, I'll grab some of this and be on my way!" Teddy exclaimed, quickly grabbing a vial off the table and heading to the door.

(Plot Twist: They don't actually get to use the medicine on the person of their choice.)
(Oooh, is it okay if Cress ends up accidentally using it on himself…? Maybe? Just a thought)
(Yeah, they could end up using it on themselves or their family)
(Nice, thanks)
(I'm actually loving this)
"Give me it all. I want to mess with some people's heads." Alisha stuck out her hand, looking for someone to give her what would become her new favorite weapon of choice.
"Hey, be careful with that though." He said, while handing her five extra ones. "I mean it, it can be lethal since it's not your normal anesthesia. Meeting's over, we'll meet back here next week to see how things are progressing along." He said, taking the remaining vials and placing them each carefully in his briefcase.
“Fuck, this’ll be fun!” Cress gently shook his vial around in his hand and walked out.
After Teddy got a long while away, he walked into a small alley with an illusion on it and changed into his normal clothes. A fluffy sweater that said 'Catpichino' on it and some black jeans.
Alisha said her goodbyes and headed out. Her vials were in her black satchel, safely enclosed on her back. Her headquarters weren't too far away, and her apartment was right near it. She set out for HQ, seeing as she's more active during the night. Her mind churned with ideas about who to hit with a nice dose of anesthesia. She texted the other members of the villain group.
"When is the next meeting? I'm already excited."
Name: Amanda Kettle
Villain Name: LeRose
Age: 29
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Lesbian
Appearance: Amanda is tall, blonde, and stunningly attractive. Her hair is dyed blue at the tips, to match her eyes, an icy colour that you really don't want to have stare you down. She's freckled lightly, walnut-skinned, and has a lanky form.
Personality: Bubbly and sweet to her wife, but only her wife. Otherwise she's a perfect Ice Queen. But she's loyal and tough, and you don't want to screw with her family, whether her blood family or the family she's surrounded herself with.
Villain Background: (Why they became a villain, when did they decide to be one) Don't. Fucking. Ask.
Background: (Just them in general) Went to school, got good grades, she was a decent student. With the power to control the weather/water. Anyways, she worked freelance as an author and met her future wife at a convention. The two dated, married, and now have one daughter (7 years old).
Family Members: Brianna Obermeyer (wife, 31), Lyly (daughter, 7). She doesn't talk about her other family.
Other: Her wife is a powerful psychic/empath, but she didn't choose the villain profession. She's a fortune teller, and a surprisingly accurate one, wink wink. Lyly does not have powers, but Amanda wanted to train her in combat to keep her safe and has been for two years, Lyly being a natural at it. Brianna is an American (White), Amanda is French/Latina in ancestry.
Finally got my character up, yay!
(Nice character!)
Beckett left the secret quarters and sneaked back home, climbing in through his dining room window. He had to be back before 2 which was when his wife woke up for water each night. Hiss phone lit up from a message to which he quickly responded to.
[thedoctor]: Next week on Thursday.
He put his phone back in his pocket and slipped into bed as if nothing happened.
Cress got home and slipped into bed with his boyfriend
"Ooh. Exciting."
Alisha tapped out the text quickly and arrived at her headquarters. She also texted the group asking if anyone wanted to pay her a visit there, as evil-doing and planning gets boring alone.
Cress opened his eyes to his flashing with a text from Alisha asking if anyone wanted to hang out,
[I've nothing better to do, so sure]
Alexis decided to not take the anesthesia because she wasn't really interested in poisoning her enemies. Sure, it would give her leverage, but she could blackmail them in many different ways. She left the meeting without a word and went back to planning.
Teddy walked out of the alley, dusting off his hands to give off the illusion of having just taken out garbage before heading off, towards one of the wealthier neighborhoods.
Alisha looked up to see the door to her HQ opening. The only people who have keys are her friends from the meeting group, and her grandparents who live in the apartment next to hers, next to HQ. She liked to keep things local. She lived in a moderately wealthy part of town, but not wealthy enough where people are questioning the suspicious black building right next to them.
"Cress?"
Cress grinned and entered, “That’s my name!” He walked up to where she was at, looking around the HQ
"So? What do you think? I've been dabbling in remodeling?"
“Hm, it looks quite nice.”
Amanda walked into HQ, Lyly asleep on her shoulders with Amanda carrying her piggyback style. "Babysitting duty, Brianna's got work today and I'm not busy, so you get the picture." she shrugged. Lyly then looked up sleepily, her brown doe-eyes blinking once, then again. She had light olive skin, freckles, and a curtain of straight black hair over her pointed chin and aquiline nose. "I really hope it isn't much trouble to bring the kiddo along," Amanda said, embarrassed.
Soon enough, Teddy arrived at a large apartment. He opened the door, calling into the empty home. "Quinny, Virge, I'm here. Do you guys want hugs first or food?" He asked, standing in front of the stairs. A small boy, thirteen at least, crept down the stairs, using a cane as a guide. "Hiya there Virgil, you want a hug?" Teddy said, smiling kindly as the boy jumped into his arms.
