After they finished watching two episodes of the show and finished all of the food, Azalea got bored. "Do you guys want to go into my mom's study, she did say we could have a little alcohol and I saw a great scotch in there once?" She asked the group.
Carmen looked up. "I am always up for alcohol." She said, making her face look serious.
Kim instantly got nervous at the mention of alcohol since she had never drunk in her entire life and wished to keep it that way. "Uh…I don't know." She responded.
(When I said Okie Doki I was referencing a song based off a game called Doki Doki Literature Club.)
“Hell yeah!” Charlise agreed, sitting up. “Let’s go get some alcohol!”
(oh ok i’ve never played that sooo)
(I watched people play it on YouTube. List: Bijuu Mike, Yub, Markiplier I can't think of anyone else.)
"I don't think I'll be drinking any." She said, getting a gulp of soda.
"Bold of you to assume I don't have vodka in my water bottle." Adie smiled widely, holding up a black water bottle that was most likely filled with booze.
"That's what I'm talking about!" Carmen said, holding her hand up for a high five.
Glancing at the others, Kim shrank farther into the corner, if that was even possible. She hated when people started getting into this stuff, it always made her nervous.
"Well, Kim, if you don't want any, there's some more soda in the fridge." She said to her after sensing her uncomfort. "Other than that, let's go, I know where to find the good stuff." She said before heading to her mothers study. She located the desk and remembered that right under the fourth drawer was a fake supply kit. She pulled it out and saw the drink and some small tumblers. She passed one out to the others with some of the drink poured in it. "To reunions," She said, holding her glass in the air.
"To reunions!" Carmen said, grinning as she dramatically raised her glass.
Adie raised up his vodka bottle and laughed. "To not dying in the time we were apart." He downed some of it.
Charlise giggled. “To reunions!” she repeated, raising her glass and then drinking.
Azalea joined in with the group and leaned onto her mother's desk after doing so. When she did, she pushed a concealed button on the side of the desk which turned the bookshelves in the room to reveal a whole corridor. "What the hell?" She said, looking over where the button was.
Carmen's head looked up from her drink. "What the fuck-"
Adie blinked enough. "Is this a shared hallucination? I don't think I took any drugs today."
"Yeah, definitely not." She said while analyzing the hall. "Let's go check out what in there." She said to the group before walking tentatively inside.
Charlise followed cautiously, drink still in hand. She glanced around at the strange place, her curiosity piqued, before glancing back at Azalea. “This is so weird…”
(Sorry for taking so long guys!)
Kim pulled a flashlight out of her bag, being the one that was always prepared. She turned it on and pointed at the hole. "It looks like a tunnel." She commented, before pulling more flashlights out of her bag for the others.
"Why… why do you have so many flashlights?" Carmen asked, taking one before just walking down the tunnel, combat boots thudding against the ground. "Stone…" She muttered. "This is probably old as fuck!"
"I like to be prepared, you know, like for power outs, camping, that kind of stuff." Kim responded, her knee-high black boots hitting the ground as she walked. "And it probably is old, but there's no spiderwebs, dust, or mold like you would expect from an secret passageway. For all we know, people use this tunnel." She added, checking to make sure her long bladed pocket knife was in the pocket of her light blue jacket. Her mom had let her get it a few years ago. It had a black handle, with a wolf design on it, and the longest blade she had ever seen on a pocket knife, longer than she would expect to be legal, but no police officer who had ever seen it had said anything.
"It must be old, I didn't even know this was here and I've lived in this house my whole life." She said to the group as their footsteps pattered on the stone ground. She saw a dim light coming from the other side of the tunnel, possibly some type of candle because it was flickering. She ran towards it, suddenly not caring about what was beyond. It turned out that they were on an indoor balcony, overlooking each and everyone of their parents in red cloaks. "What the hell…" She trailed off when she saw some of the murmuring an incantation and the others around a large glowing black case that resembled a coffin.
"I don't like this…" Carmen muttered. "I don't like this…"
