Alright! I'm here! I'll put a starter up, no worries!

YAY! sorry I’ve just been procrastinating for hours so I was bored XD

(Lol, I've been a little busy. Let me get this started.)

6:30 am sharp. That was the time the warm café opened its doors, welcoming in its customers. Xiang, with a bright smile would turn on the lights inside at exactly six, and the smell of coffee and warm treats wafted through the air at 6:15. Xiang would shout a cheery morning to the teens staying in the morning and opens the door happily.

Elliot was always up before the others, and quickly scrambled to help Xiang. They’d quietly trail along behind him, humming occasionally and doing their best to help whenever they could.

"Good morning Elliot. Glad to see you're up." Xiang says happily. Ali was padding behind him and Shade was sitting comfortably on a nearby table. Xiang's hair was pulled back in a neat braid, his eyes shining warmly as he sipped a cup of Earl grey. He was wearing his usual hutton uo white long sleeved shirt with two buttons undone, black pants, and polished black dress shoes.

“Morning…” Elliot replied in a quiet, groggy voice. “It seems like everyone’s doing okay….” they yawned. “Anything you need help with?”

Xiang smiled. "No, it's alright. If you're tired you're more then welcome to go back to bed. I can handle things around here." He smiles at them with compassion. Ali pads over to Elliot's side, licking their hand gently. Xiang smiled at that.

Yawning, Tyler walks into the cafe with Elise at his side. There's smeared eyeliner on his chin, leftover from his drag show the night before. "I need caffeine…" he croaks out between yawns. "The show ran late last night, so I didn't get home till two AM." Elise gives a small sound in agreement. "What's the most caffeinated drink you've got?"

“I’ll be fine. I’m just still waking up.” They crouched down to eye level with Ali, petting her with a small smile. “I’m always more than happy to help out.”

Harper walks through the door, his usual charming grin on his face as he did so. "Hi Xiang! Elliot!" Harper said, flopping into a chair near the counter, the one he usually sits at when he talks to anyone working as the barista.

"Morning all." Xiang calls happily. "Oh. You'll find the caffeinated drinks to the right, love." He says happily towards Tyler. "Good morning Harper. I see you're bright eyed and bushy tailed." He laughs softly, taking another sip of his Earl Grey tea.

Leaving Xiang to address the other customer, Elliot grinned slightly at Harper. “Hey! Anything I can get you, Harper?” While they didn’t talk much with Harper, in this scenario they knew Harper better and were more comfortable talking to him.

"Oh, I'm wonderful! Thanks for noticing, darlin'." Harper drawled, setting his elbows on the table and holding his face to watch what was happening in the cafe. "Oh, and the most recent post on the social media I set up for y'all has reached a pretty penny of people who want to come and check this place out." He didn't notice he used the phrase wrong and if he did, he didn't' care. "I'll take a smoothie, any one ya want."

Wait a sec, let me edit my response.//

"Thank the lord for you, Xiang!" He decides on coffee as black as night. No cream, sugar, nothing. "How are you this morning?" he asks nobody in particular, seating himself a few chairs over from Harper.

((also sorry if i don't respond much the next two i'm at a birthday party for my niece rn and my phone's gunna die and tomorrow is my anniversary with my gfso(genderfluid significant other) so i'll respond as much as possible))

“You better not complain if you don’t like it Harper” they chuckled and went to go whip one up. Elliot literally closed their eyes and picked one at random off the menu. “You’re getting orange.” They called over their shoulder.
