THE OLD GODS ARE DEAD.

New ones have risen from their destruction, breathing in their ashes, chanting their songs.

A new era has begun, but it shall not be kind nor easy for the younglings. Everyone has to fight for their place in the word and so shall you.

Five newborn gods have awoken in the holy city Vyzene and must travel to the magic capital called Arebol with only a map, the clothes on their back, and their developing powers.

THE GODS:

1.) IMPERIUM

Imperium is the leader of the Gods, called the Princet. They transcend the laws of gender and look ethereal to even the Gods. All knowing, they’re fair and just, and will do the best for the people. They are slow to anger, but when angered, they have more wrath than hundreds of typhoons.
GOD OF: Justice, leadership, wisdom, time, and strategy.

POWERS: Seeing into the future, changing the Time Path (may have catastrophic results), telepathy, and seeing into people’s minds (their powers allow the truth always to be revealed).

2.) VITA

Vita is the god of life, the ocean, the earth, the air, and the hearth. If you want safe travels on your journey, you pray to him. Although the god of life, Vita has seen what life truly is, and that is a sentence you never stop serving. Although pessimistic, there are times he will find joy in some things, how ever rare that may be.

POWERS: Controlling the elements (any), can create new beings, can influence organisms with life in any way he wants.

3.) MORTEM

She is the god of the very thing that sets you free: death. Life has you in chains from the second you were born; death cuts off those chains and sets you free. Mortem is the yin to Vita’s yang, as her personality is more bright and bubbly. She is focused on making sure that after you’re set free, you can do whatever the hell you want, and make the most of your afterlife in Periit, the land of the dead.
GOD OF: Death, dust, ash, frost, any destructive force, Petiit, ancient beings

POWERS: To summon any ancient being (good or bad), bad luck, to summon any destructive force, to make anything or anyone die she wants to (she just has to see them in her mind), teleportation.

4.) INFINITUS

He is the god of everything that is there. He is the stars, he is the stones, he is the sun. Infinitus is every little thing there ever was, is, and will be. He is the promise of a future but also a grave of what was. A paradox himself, Infinitus has conflicting feelings, but tries his best.

5.) VANITATE

The god of empty promises. Of forgotten memories, lost hope, and crumbling fears. Vanitate is a reminder of the past, a reminder of all that once was. Quiet, but resourceful, she can outsmart the smart and trick the tricksters. But be warned: you might think this is a game, but it is so much more.

PLOT:

Our newborn gods find themselves in Vyzene, the holy city of the gods. They must travel to the magical capital of Arebol to find the Impetu, master of all magic, to rightfully take their throne. Along the way they’ll encounter monsters, thiefs, and people wanting the throne a lot more than they do.

It’s going to take more than godly powers to rule this world.

IMPORTANT:

The newborn gods do not die. They can get injured (they have gold blood btw), but they DO NOT die.

The Impetu is also immortal. They’ve been here for a few centuries.

When they wake up, they ALL will be wearing this: white cotton long sleeve shirt, white cotton joggers, and white sneakers with their weapon of choice strapped to their back using a leather strap! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please please PLEASE don’t let this die. I’m begging of you, please DON’T.

Appearance: Oh dear gods, how am I gonna do this? Ok, so. (In human form) She has short brown hair that's cut like Miles (from MilesChronicles)(you should watch that). She's (obviously) very short and very petite. Just… a straight-up smol bean. She has light skin and freckles everywhere. But mostly on her nose and cheeks, like someone took a bucket of freckles and just went… YEET. And voila. You get Temi. She likes to wear glasses with wire frames. She has blue eyes with gold in the middle of them like a starburst (no, not the candy, like an actual star exploding) and ridiculously long eyelashes that always get tangled and messed up, so she just always looks windswept. Her hair contributes to that as well; the curls make it go everywhere. And she has a really small nose.
Personality: SUPER GAY. But besides that, Mortem pretty much believes that everyone should be allowed to do whatever the hell (eh? Eh?) they want. She is accepting of everyone. She always seems to be smiling and she's always prepared for a long talk. Really bright and bubbly, unconcerned about most things. She could almost be described as childish, but she has a kind of wisdom that few can see. She hides most of her serious emotions, and doesn't like to discuss her feelings, but she's always ready to talk someone else through theirs. She really doesn't have a lot of self-esteem, but she hides that by making jokes at her own expense. Colorful, both in that she's the personification of a rainbow (unlikely as that may be) and that she likes to swear. Oh, and mood swings.
Weapon of choice: Sais. She's got two of those, and they're enchanted so that she can't lose them. She has a tendency to lose things.
Other: Um? Have I mentioned? G A Y. So gay. All the gay. Gay personified. I mean, yes, half the time she feels more straight, but that doesn't mean she can't be called GAY. But anyway.

Age (they’re going to look in their 18-21 range, but will be barely past 100 years old [they’re immortal]): Looks 22, but is 115.
Gender: Male

Height: 5’10”.
Appearance: Infinitus has ebony colored skin stretched taut over semi-prominent muscles. He’s fit physically, but mentally? Not so much. He has his hair cut in high-low fade with more curls on top. His eyes are an outstanding green, which pop against his skin tone. Although his eyes may look bright, they have seen far too much.
Personality (be specific!): Infinitus usually sees both the good and bad side in situations, which results in conflicting feelings. This causes him grief about making decisions and identifying his own feelings. Infinitus usually has a calm demeanor, and is the mediator of the group. He tries his best to keep the group together, often suppressing his own feelings about the situation in favor of others. (A good word for him would be a people pleaser). Even though he is the god of everything, he’s humble about it, and won’t use his powers to show off. Infinitus often wonders if he ever does enough to the group, if he’s important enough to even be a god, stuff like that. It’s known to cause him a few mental breakdowns and lost nights of sleep.

Age: Looks 18, again around 100

Sexuality: Bisexual, leans both ways pretty much equally (we've got a lot of bis oof)

Appearance: In human form, he has soft blonde hair and brown eyes flecked with gold. He is quite pale and thin, and pretty much always looks tired. He has good posture most of the time and holds himself with dignity, no matter how shitty he feels.
Personality (be specific!): Vita is the mom friend, despite being male. He can be very uptight and worried, and he likes to know everyone's whereabouts. If he doesn't, he stresses out about what might happen to them. He is a bit aloof and feelings? Why would he talk about those they're gross ew. He's got hella walls built up and it takes a lot to crack them. He's naturally distrustful and frequently doubts even people who have earned his trust. He loves some good old respectful banter. Arguing? Yes please. Pet him because he likes to win and needs to feel important.
Weapon of choice: Magic, usually, but he carries an emergency dagger
Other: Doesn't smile much, but it's adorable when he does. He has dimples

Appearance: Imperium is a smol bean but lean (human form, obviously.) Wise amber doe eyes shine out from a mass of soft black hair, which falls messily to their shoulders. An all knowing smile is always playing on their lips, though something about them seems innocent. Perhaps their face gives off a more feminine structure, though their body wouldn't suggest it. Olive skin tone.
Personality (be specific!): They're the wise, thoughtful one. Never suspected of ill-doings though Imperium's strategic mind could certainly brew up a catastrophe if set to the task. It takes a long, long time to break their temper, but oh gods above please don't. Careful answers, very just. Sometimes it may seem cold by how detached from emotion Imperium is when analyzing a scenario, but if you really know them you know they are empathetic. Though they are the Princet, Imperium is still young and slightly naive to pain, so they need to be protected and watched over at times.
Weapon of choice: A crescent-moon blade that they wield expertly.

Appearance: V has soft and thick purple-grey hair, typically braided back. Her skin is a warm honey color, or it would be if she didn’t look almost transparent and washed out. She has light blue eyes that look almost cracked. V is tall and willowy, not a very imposing force, but obviously there. If given the choice to dress herself, her aesthetic would be (self)described as a hipster/biker grunge mix, with beanies and flannels making constant appearances. As it is, she doesn’t dress herself. So. It’s easy for her to be unnoticed, but not unaware of.
Personality (be specific!): V is a quieter person, but she has a sharp wit and a dry sense of humor. She’s blunt and sarcastic, so not easily well-liked. She tends to be protective, but specifically of those under her domain. Anything else is fair game. Her temper is rather short, but she calms down only slightly less quickly. It’s only if you really upset her that she’ll hold a grudge. But her grudges can last forever, or however long until she thinks you don’t deserve it anymore.
Weapon of choice: A bow and arrow. Since the others have enchanted items, I’m going to assume it’s alright? Her arrows are enchanted so she can easily find them, wherever they are. In short-distance fights, the arrows are sturdy enough that she can use them as knives.
Other: V doesn’t act it, but she can get lonely and will soften immediately if you manage to make really good friends with her. It doesn’t happen, though, and she doesn’t even know this part of herself.
