One will win, the others are doomed.
Blessed with powers of fire and ice,
Foretold to rule when the moment is right.
On their eighteenth birthdays,
Sent to the cities
that have long been lost,
They will realize that their blessings
have a cost.
It has been generations since pairs of siblings have been born.
One year, multiple sets of twins are born under the three winter moons and have been known to possess unearthly powers. As they age, their powers grow stronger, some almost uncontrollable. Even some of the royalty carry these powers. These ‘marked’ children are feared, but priests are determined that the god’s want one of these children to rule the kingdom. On their 18th birthdays, these twins are sent to the Lost Cities to begin the game, only one victor emerging.
Rules:
- No IRL hate
- Be kind to one another (three strikes and you’re out system)
- Nothing OP (No Mary Sue’s, etc.)
- Not everyone needs to have powers/be twins. You can be part of the monarchy.
-Just to make everything clear, in the rhyme it says ‘powers of fire and ice. That doesn’t mean the only powers are fire and ice, I just needed something short that worked with the rest of the lines :P
